Navigating the future of human connection

A note from Dr. Rachel Wood

We are living through a civilizational shift. AI is shifting the relational bedrock of society… are you prepared for it?

It feels fast, unrelenting, and most of us are processing it at the speed it arrives. Every hour brings a new capability, a new headline, a new question welling up within us.

But the work that will actually shape how this technology lands cannot be done at the pace the technology moves. It requires something that feels almost countercultural right now... depth, not breadth. Going down instead of across. Staying inside the questions long enough to find what’s there.

I started this community because I believe the intersection of mental health and AI is one of the most consequential places in society right now. And we, collectively, are on the front lines of what that looks like.

What membership looks like

A community that gathers

Monthly · First Friday

First Friday Collective Sessions

A guest speaker relevant to AI + mental health, followed by group discussion and optional social time. Sessions are recorded so you never miss out.

Every other First Friday features 2–3 builders presenting their work with a focus on safety and ethics, followed by cross-discipline discussion.

Monthly · Third Thursday

Clinician’s Circle Gatherings

A slowed-down, intentional space for active clinicians to process what we’re seeing inside the therapeutic space — case consultation, ethical wrestling, and honest reflection.

Not recorded, to protect depth of sharing.

Ongoing

Cross-Discipline Collaboration

Clinicians learn about design and development at the ethical safeguard level. Builders learn from boots-on-the-ground mental health experts. If you want to share your work or connect with collaborators, this is your space.
